1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or using the services of Noor-ul-Quran Institute ("we", "us", "the Institute"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrolment & Free Trial

Prospective students may request a free trial class through our website or WhatsApp. Enrolment is confirmed only after fee payment and schedule confirmation by our administration.

3. Fees & Payments

• Monthly fees must be paid in advance, on or before the 5th of each month.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or approved international methods.
• Late payment may result in temporary suspension of classes until dues are cleared.

4. Class Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes on time, dress modestly on camera, and treat teachers with respect. Misconduct, abusive language, or repeated absence may result in discontinuation without refund.

5. Attendance & Rescheduling

Please inform your teacher at least 2 hours in advance for any leave. Missed classes may be rescheduled at the Institute's discretion, subject to teacher availability.

6. Refund Policy

Monthly fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced for the month. Advance payments for unused months may be refunded on written request, minus administrative charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and content on this website are the property of Noor-ul-Quran Institute. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, force majeure, or third-party platform issues. We commit to reasonable efforts to reschedule affected classes.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
